 Ipswich Original Ale

A New England classic, this is a medium-bodied, unfiltered English style pale ale with subtle earthy hoppiness and smooth malty flavor.

5.4% ABV 16oz $7 

Ipswich Route 101 IPA

This hop forward, west coast style IPA packs a citrus-like punch with an understated malt backbone. 6.0% ABV 16oz -$7 

Ipswich Route 1A Double IPA 

The use of bready, biscuity malts serve as the on-ramp to flavor, while the citrusy aromas from hops lend to its heady bouquet. 

8.2% ABV 13oz -$8 

 

Ipswich Oatmeal Stout

Deep, rich, and malty with hints of chocolate and coffee. It's what espresso would be if it had the gumption to be beer. 7.0% ABV 16oz -$7 

 

Ipswich Pesky Pilsner 

Crisp and refreshing! We take proper German malt, traditional Czech Saaz hops and add a touch of Lemondrop hops for a clean, pale lager with a bright and light finish.

Ipswich Blueberry Shandy

Lemon and blueberry flavors shine through this zesty, citrusy, sweet offering.  5.4% ABV 16oz -$7

 

Ipswich Blueberry Ale

This bright, flavorful ale brings you light fruit flavor with some added whole berries for good measure but please no bobbing for blueberries because they sink and your head will get stuck in the glass. 5.4% ABV 16oz -$7 

Ipswich IPA 

Our original IPA is an unfiltered cross between an English and American IPA, with a strong, dry bitterness balanced with a slight malty sweetness. 6.3% ABV 16oz -$6 

Ipswich Cranberry Beret 

A delightfully tart kettle soured ale fermented atop pureed cranberries. 5.0% ABV 13oz - $7 

 

Ipswich 1620 New England IPA 

Hazy with a rainbow of hop aromas and flavors, this New England style IPA features Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops, with a full body that is sure to please. 6.3% ABV 16oz - $7 

Ipswich G-Free

Our gluten free beer with spicy flavors of sorghum is complimented by the blend of our Belgian yeast strain as well as the additions of Curacao orange peels and Celeia hops. 6.5% ABV $5, 12 oz Cans Only 

NBPT North Woods Maple Brown

Another stellar release from the small batch series this full-bodied brown ale has a roasted malt flavor and a hint of maple sweetness. 5.5% ABV 16oz - $7 

 Ipswich 1920 Lager 

Celebrate the 100 year Anniversary of the 19th Amendment and women’s right to vote and elect to have this tasty, dry hopped lager. Just to keep the message front of mind (and palate), we used Centennial Hops for this special brew that is sure to win you over in a landslide of crisp, citrus flavor. 4.6% ABV 16oz -$7,

Ipswich Bohemian Raspberry 

This tank conditioned sour ale will have you doing the fandango with loads of raspberry puree for all. It drinks slightly dry and clean with a sour punch that will make you sing a hearty, falsetto, Galileo! 5.0% ABV 13oz - $7 

Ipswich Pumpkin Porter
