About the event
Our friends from the CT Base Ball Club of Hartford are joining Lowell & Portsmouth for the Tri-State Showdown! First pitch at 11am! Take family and friends out to the ballgame nineteenth century style. Essex Base Ball teams play using 1864 rules. At these fun & historically accurate games, gloves are not allowed, players pitch underhand and a ball caught on one bounce is an out.

Historic New England Members - free Nonmembers - $5
Grass field seating; bring blankets and lawn chairs. No reserved seating.
