Slow Flow on the Patio 🧘🍻
Join us for a morning of slow flow yoga at Ipswich Ale Brewery's outdoor patio!
(Event will take place inside the brewery if the weather doesn't cooperate.)
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. So grab your mat, water bottle, and your friends, and get ready to stretch and flow in this unique setting. This class is taught by brewery friend and licensed yoga instructor, Kristina Gaito!
